All prices are in US Dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. All prices are subject to change.

Refund policy

We cannot accept returns for books, patterns or needles. These items are always a final sale unless they are damaged in the shipping process, or the wrong product has been shipped.  We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from date of purchase on all other items. Original or copy of receipt  must be included to process a return or exchange.    Merchandise in sealed packaging must be returned unopened, and all returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original and undamaged packaging.  Please note:  We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.  When returning or exchanging yarn or other items the customer pays for all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.

Privacy policy

Your personal information will never be shared with any other company.  When you provide us with your e-mail address, we may contact you to process your order, provide customer service, or promote products or services such as our newsletter.  If you do not wish to receive our e-mail newsletter or any other promotional materials, please send us an email or call and asked to be removed from our mailing list.

All sensitive information such as credit card and personal information is transmitted via a secure server.

Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) to addresses in the US. Shipping rates are based on weight and your location. Orders for in-stock items will be shipped by the next business day.

Class policy

To provide individual attention to our students, most class sizes are limited. If you are interested in a particular class, please sign up as soon as possible to assure your spot. A non-refundable deposit of one-half the class or workshop fee is required to reserve your spot, with the balance of the fee due prior to the first class. We hope to accommodate your requirements regarding class scheduling, so if you are interested in a class or workshop but are unable to work within the current schedule, please check with the shop. We are willing to try to work with our students' schedules, knowing how hectic daily work and family responsibilities can be. As well, if you wish to have us hold a class or workshop that isn't listed, please let us know!

We appreciate your making reservations for classes as soon as possible, especially in the case of some of our workshops. Many of our instructors need to make travel plans, as they live out of the area. Your cooperation in helping us schedule ahead of time is appreciated.

If classes don't meet minimums, they may be cancelled. Please make your class reservations as early as possible to assure your place!
